you implicitly agree to be bound by these conditions.

For all surveys all, company
specific, details submitted will be treated in strictest
confidence and will only be shared with the survey sponsor(s),
members of Dot Com Surveys and other Flying Monk Group
businesses.

Any company specific information
collected will not be sold to a third party, subject
to conditions 4 & 5 below.

Survey respondents agree to be
identifed as participants within the summary analysis
report.

Summary analysis reports may
be sold by the sponsor following completion of the survey,
these will not contain company specific information
unless permission has first been sought from the organisation
in question, subject to condition 4 above.

The respondents have no financial
claim to any income arising from the sale of any reports.

The data collected and analysis
contained within summary analysis reports will be owned
by the survey sponsor in perpetuity.

Members of Dot Com Surveys, the
Flying Monk Group and any survey sponsors will not be
accountable nor responsible for any data that is lost
in transmission via the internet.

You agree to allow members of
Dot Com Surveys, the Flying Monk Group and any survey
sponsors to contact you from time to time with news
items or services which they believe would be of interest
to you.

All survey participants will
recieve a free
copy of the analysis report as
a thank you for taking the time and effort to participate.
